
Since 2001 Viomak has been a political activist producing protest music to denounce and despise bad governance in Zimbabwe and using music as a campaigning too.She has so far produced protest music albums since 2005 and remains the only Zimbabwe woman to produce protest music.
In 2009 Viomak attended the Global Forum for Free Expression in Norway where she met renowned Zimbabwe cartoonist Tony Namate.Viomak in her own words says Tony suggested to her that she also produces music that raises awareness on the plight of girls and women.Viomak obliged and in 2010 she started working on women music and has so far worked on two women albums namely 'Child Sexual Abuse' and 'Hello Women' .
Her political activism has seen her become an Anti Corruption activist too denouncing leaders corruption.This saw her produce a single song 'Chinja Maitiro' (Change your ways) in which she calls on the opposition Party MDC-T to declare their personal assets to combat corruption.
